Joyful colors

November 8, 2010

I just got to see Cirque de Soleil last week. What an awesome show! We were in the front row at the corner of the stage and our necks were sore by the end of the show. The acts are amazing, but then in the background, the whole cast is performing at the same time.  A roostery clown is running back and forth, four silly mimes strike commanding poses, a giant gesticulates in a corner.  You don’t know where to look.  So much color and joy in one space!  So today, I’m showcasing a few colorful items from artfire and etsy.

There is just something about the way DesignsbyAudrey puts colors together.  I love her beaded eyeglass holders.

I could not resist these beautiful butterfly cards by Jacistuff.

This quilt from  LLGquilts makes me smile.

If you’re looking for joyous color, ChristyBeckwithStudios is the place to go. This  mouse is not as  colorful as most of her work, but it looks like I did while I was watching the show so I had to include it.
