the show is over
I got through “the big show”, just barely. I did sell enough to pay for the booth fees, not much more. I was happy with the set up, my neighbors were very pleasant, and people gave me incredibly positive comments on my work. They just didn’t buy much. All in all I learned a few good lessons. Dress warmly, smile and say hello, make a friend or two, keep busy, and enjoy the ride. Good things to remember at any time. And I found a couple of wonderful soap makers out of Jordon, New York. If you happen to be in Syracuse and go to Paradise Market, stop by Jordon Soaps, Herbs and Spices near the Tahiti sign. The smells there are amazing!
I did get to work on a miniature quilt that is going to win the New York State Fair competition this year. That is a subject for another time.
